: Got a good work out today! 💪🏽 when you're consistent in something and doing it everyday, and then miss a day, it just doesn't feel right, well at least for me! I can honestly say I love working out, it makes me feel a lot better, I feel more comfortable in my clothes, and just feel stronger!! But you can't just work out all the time and eat whatever you want, no no no.. Part of being healthier is eating clean! 😋 for dinner I had a salad with tofu scrambled eggs, baked turkey bacon, and some organic salsa! I know it's sooooo expensive eating healthy, but your body needs good, healthy food, not any junk food. I've been eating a lot cleaner, and it's hard and spendy, but I've noticed that when I even eat something fried or some fast food, my stomach starts to hurt and I just feel gross 😖 my body has adapted to eating cleaner and I'm glad it has because it's kept me away from all the bad foods.
