Today's spotlight exercise is single set #bicepcurl called all-around. It's 3 sets of 15-12-8 reps with a weight increase after each set. First set is a wide grip with a tempo count of 6 seconds for both the positive and negative movement. The second set is a narrow grip with a tempo count of 3 seconds on the positive and 6 seconds on the negative. The third set is a reverse grip with a 3 second tempo count on both the positive and negative.
