: After the first open wod was announced, I told myself I'd try my hardest to get as many reps as possible doing Rx'd all open season. Doing this has identified my weakness and given me a good benchmark to work off and try to improve my scores in maybe 6 months or so. 16.4 was no exception to my determination this season..today, thanks to help of my friends at @crossfitfirebase I was able to hit 49 reps of the Rx deadlift at 155 pounds (which is 90% of my one rep max)!!
