vic_vs_chef: #Soy and #Honey #PorkTenderloin..the honey gave the tenderloin a nice sear..the sugars caramelized..causing the juices to seal inside the meat..then I finished these bad boys inside the oven on a high temp of 375 degrees for 25 minutes..almost let them cook to long..they became to tender and started falling apart when slicing!
