: PIYO DAY 60 DONE!! It feels so good to have completed another round of PiYo. How fitting that the last workout in the schedule is the hardest. Today I did DRENCH. Definitely the most challenging of all the PiYo workouts for me. And I was very pleased to be able to keep up with Chalene today. I can tell I've made progress from where I started 60 days ago. I've done more squats, lunges and push-ups than I can count. I live the strength and definition that this program builds. Here's a little sample of my workout from this morning.
