erinsfitnhealthy: Switching things up a bit and showing you how I made my M3 today! Nothing terribly exciting but trying to post out of my box today. I had to cook up some chicken anyways so after cooking that I tossed some bell peppers and broccoli in the pan with a little more coconut oil. Drizzled some balsamic in and once those were about done added in some spinach, quinoa penne and my chicken. Little more balsamic to coat and done. I like this on days I want to feel like I ate a nice sit down meal, not just running around with smoothie in hand unpacking 😉 #tiuteam #bikiniseries #tiuarkansas #tiucommunity #tiumommy #cleaneating
