I've seen a few people do this move and thought I have to try it. Not bad for the 1st time. I put this together in my head, I saw and I did it! I'm still getting my Pull-up game together but I do clear the bar with my chin. So here's my pull-up burpee, I did 30 of them in about 4 sets 5-7 reps each set.
