Roxannesfitnessjourney: Major #latergram from this mornings workout!! ISO Hammer Speed was on the schedule today!! Each move is done for 10 reps slowly in counts of 3 and then 10 reps as fast as you can! I switched off between my 10lb and 15lb weights throughout the entire workout!! Felt good!!
