: Just spent the most AMAZING afternoon in Delaware with these rockstars. Who knew Delaware was home to most bad ass rockstars around??? Can't wait to come back in July for the Pound Pro training!! Much love to everyone who made noise with me today. And thanks to Steven Tyler for making an appearance. #makenoise #poundposse #delwareROCKS #masterpro @poundfit
