: Day 3 of #leapdeepandrelease challenge
Late again... Dang. But that's okay! My creativity for the day (and for yesterday) was playing boring scales to a fun back track to make them less boring! Yay!! Also, I love cat cow... Feels so good after a long day.

Day Three of #LeapDeepAndRelease !
The Sacral Chakra plays an important role in our creativity. Today take a moment to #create. This can be drawing, singing, painting, sewing, scrap booking, cooking, flower arrangements, dance, poetry, and on and on. Take five minutes or five hours. Choose something that speaks to your soul and do it with passion. Where do you find your thoughts wandering while you create?
I choose to garden because I love watching things grow and bloom. I love the cool soil and dirty feet. It reminds me of being a child and playing in the dirt for hours making mud pies and drainage dams and looking for rollie pollies and ant lion dunes. I can still smell summer. Pink skin, humidity and bug spray. Bike tires, chalky hands, and hot trampolines.
