: I know it's probably suggested to do the workouts in order but I skipped over to week 1/workout 2 today and worked shoulders, chest and core knowing that tomorrow morning I'll be able to do week 1/ workout 1 in the fitness studio without interruption - and hopefully have a squat rack all to myself. My bf recorded me like a creeper 👀 But I'm glad he did so I can see if I need to correct my form. #khwinterchallenge16 #khfitfam #khweek1
