: People always ask me if I miss playing softball and I always say "eh a little bit" or "no not really cause I love the way I finished off my career of softball". Today we went to see Dominic play t-ball and I realized something. I realized that I really don't miss softball cause if I was still playing I wouldn't be able to witness these moments in my nephews life. After the game Dom told me "hey tia I hit the ball hard like you do. And I lift my leg like you do" to hear those words from him it seriously melted my heart cause I thought the same thing when I saw him play. That fact that I see a little bit of me in him on the ball field lets me know that I did something in life that inspired him.
