: #Cardiofix is in the bag! I STRONGLY dislike cardio..like a lot. It's probably the workout that I least look forward to while doing the #21dayfix..I'm on my 9th round right now and starting about the 6th round I started trying to change my mindset when it came to cardio. Instead of dreading it I tried to look forward to it. The reason I despised it so much was because it was hard! Cardio has never been easy for me, I've always struggled with it. But I decided that I need to change the way I think about it. It's hard because it's working! It's kicking my butt just like it's supposed to! If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you! So when you feel like giving up just just keep pushing, because change is happening!
