: Week 3 of the #transformyou challenge from #ashleyhorner she asked what you want to change, and the moment you decided that enough was enough. My moment was 5-6 years ago when I realized that the direction of my life wasn't the direction I wanted it to go. I posted a longer (and different) video of this on the Facebook group, but I've lost that video to the ways of new phones and back ups. She also asked us to do an exercise we hadn't done before. This one is hard because I've had so many trainers and coaches in my life that if I don't do something it's because I physically can't do it. So I picked something I hadn't done in a while. Apparently these are called "crab abs". They're quite fun, actually. And finally. In case you missed it. @ashley.horner and @encrooks did 12 hours of burpee broad jumps last night to raise money and awareness for the #chatanoogashooting victims and their families. There's a go fund me link that I'll put in my IG profile if you're so inclined to contribute to the families of the service members who lost their lives in a senseless act. I did 3 minutes of these bad boys and my slightly chubby butt wants to die. Cannot imagine doing 12. Hours. Of them. (It was something like 4800 give or take a few). #😲 I'm on day 47 of #achievingprominence and it calls for 3 minutes of push-ups (85), sit-ups (85), burpees (17, because i hate burpees and will buy time by adjusting and laying down...don't give me stuff where there's a nap in the middle, because I'll take it), and box jumps (35). #ashletes #ashletesdoitbetter #ashleteshavemorefun
