luisycelena: I have been active most of my life. Trying to keep fit and stay healthy. I've had several health humps along the way but the latest challenge was being diagnosed with hypothyroidism. So with that came some challenges of trying to maintain a healthy weight. I have been weight training with my handsome and very dedicated husband, Luis, for about 3 years. I do love working out with him and he suggested that we start T25. Well it's been 10 weeks and we have lost a total of 20 pounds together and several inches by changing our life style (eating habits) and sticking to the program.
