: Yes it's another #balanceexercise that is the key to being a great athlete. All athletes must have strong #core-muscles. Not an athlete? You still need it if you want to prevent injuries. I'm trying to balance on the #BOSU on one knee. You can try this first on the floor using a towel or mat. Try lifting your lower leg off the floor and balance on the knee ⚠️if you have bad knees or experience and discomfort, don't do this exercise. Make sure you do it on both knees!
