Place your SMR tool of your choice on the muscle you select 2. Cross over other leg on-top(optional) for the "gastrocnemius" Movement 3. Slowly roll the area to find the most tender spot once identified, hold tender spot until discomfort is reduce(minimum 30sec.) preferably more than that.
