Nothing against the beast but I will be sticking with the #P90x3 CVX workout for the rest of this program. It is a little more fast paced then the #beastcardio and keeps my head in the workout.
Today's spotlight exercise is #frogsquatreach set your feet up like a sumo squat and as you reach for the ceiling stand up on your toes for 60 seconds. If you want to add some difficulty and hold some light weight in your hands.
