All workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home (with or without baby). Jumping Jacks-50 Body Weight Squat-20 Jump Squat-20 Reverse Lunge to Knee Lift-20 Squat to OH Press-20 Burps-15 Advanced Mountain Climber-20 Push Ups-15 Complete all exercises in order to complete one set. Rest 1 minute and begin again. Complete a total of 3-4 sets. These exercises can all either be regressed or progressed. If you want them more intense, make your movements bigger. If you need less intensity, take out the jump or make your movements smaller. Anyone can do this!
