: ACL Rehab post Op day 42
Return to Weekly physio
Sessions consisted of the following:
Stationary Bike 10min
Hamstring Stretching
Squats BW 4x15
Split Squat 4x15/15
Lateral Band walks 5x10/10
Glute bridges 4x15
Bunny hops bilateral & single leg 4x10
Box TKE 4x8/8
Bilateral Box 6" jumps 3x5
SL box 6" jumps 4x4/4
Trampet jog 6mins & single leg balances.
Session was good today and I enjoyed the couple new exercises and the challenge. Bottom of knee cap felt a bit "pinchy" but not sore when squatting - maybe a wee touch of patellar femoral pain but nothing to worry about...pretty common.
Sitting with the leg up ice time now!
Some more random beats...old but catchy...just like me 😉😂
