: An #afternoondelight of solo hiking spent with the birds and a change of elevation to the top of Table Rock. The empowering, meditative, healing, and physical aspects of nature and a hike alone are incomparative and I highly suggest it. Totally brought the wrong pair of shoes too and still made the trek in my steel toed @keen boots (and colorful @smartwool socks!)
