Today's spotlight exercise is a super set of a superman stretch followed with a plank twist-twist. The stretch you start on your hands and knees, lift one arm out in front of you while you push the opposite leg straight out. Alternate this movement for both left and right arms for 10 reps each. After one set of those, go right into the plank twist for 30 seconds. Rest, then repeat. This will work your core and give you that nice burn in your shoulders.
