tco_fitness: Early Sunday workout before church. Did some chest work with flat bench, hammer strength press, cable crossovers, and machine incline press. Then did a quick 3 round WOD of hang cleans, kettle bell swings, and knees to elbows. Finished with form work on my cleans.
