: To get the #results and #fatloss I have today I made some #majorchanges in the last 2 1/2 years, most of which are #opposite than what I was told would make me #leanandsexy I used to focus on #metabolicconditioning and had mad #foodcravings I would train but the I was #bindgeeating #rawcheese #popcorn #glutenfreecookies #rawchocolate and much more! My #hormones were a mess and my #bodyimage was terrible. Then in 2013 I #hitrockbottom so I made a #majorshift in #howitrain and #howifuelmybody I began to 100% to remove all #cornproducts #chocolate #coconuticecream #glutenpizza and #cheese I stopped #liftingheavy and do very little #highintensitytraining I focused on #bodyweightstrength #gymnasticstrengthtraining and the movements I #love like #pilates #gymnastics #dance #ballet #rockclimbing and more. I do very little #cardio and eat #safestarch at most meals. This did not take #willpower it takes #commitmenttoexcellence and wanting to practice #selflove more than listening to people talk about #moderation #cheatdays or other practices that DO NOT WORK 4 ME My #mindbodyspirit is the best it has ever been.
