: Back and shoulders on the cards today. Here's a snippet of some of the things I did with back. • Straight arm pulldowns to contract lats as much as possible in short position. • DB rows with cable attachment - the cable add more resistance to the start of the lift and makes this exercise much more challenging throughout. • Neutral Grip chins - because they are awesome.
