: Happy Leg Day Fam! Yeap, I know it's really hump day, but that's how I label my days when I wake up and workout!! I'm proud of myself this morning! Out of my starting 100 reps of squats I was able to reach my new PR, 175lbs in reps of 5 twice!! The rest were my norm starting out at 95lbs going up 10 pounds there after until I reached my PR!! 😀💪🏽👊🏽 Set goals and knock me dead!!
