I am not the strongest and I don't feel like my endurance is where it needs to be, because of my self sabotage. 🙋🏼 However, If you don't set a goal and do things daily to achieve it you'll be left right were you began. Life is busy with 4 kids, demanding work schedule and little to no sleep, but I see plenty of women that I look to for motivation to have the same, if not, heavier schedules and they attain the athletic/ aesthetic goal I look for. Don't get me wrong, I don't want to imitate them or be like them, because I am who I am and I like who I am. We all need motivators though, and I look to them when I am tired and looking for excuses not to go train. Saturday I was left to do my training by myself (soooo boring!) 🙄 but I did it, even after a metcon. I refuse to settle for this version of me because it's not my best, I've seen my best, therefore I know I can achieve it and even go beyond!
