: Push yourself. You'll be surprised at how much you can do when you keep going. If you can take one more step, then take it. If you can do ONE more push up, then do it. That's what I told myself today. If I know I've got at least one more in me then I'm doing that one. That "one more" got me through a lot of the sequences today when I wanted to quit. Don't get me wrong, I took more breaks than I wanted or planned to, but you also have to listen to your body!Don't stop when you still have a little more to give. So for today's workout, keep thinking "ONE MORE." See how far it takes you! And as always, listen to your body. Know when you need to stop so you don't take yourself out of the game completely.
