ljfitforlife: Workout Wednesday - Heel Touches This exercise works the obliques as well as building core strength. To perform, lie down on your back making sure it is flat against the floor. Bend your knees so that your upper body and lower legs are 45 degrees angle. Keep your feet flat on the floor about shoulder width apart. Raise your shoulders off the ground and contract your obliques from side to side touching your heels with your finger tips. Make sure and perform 1 to 3 sets of 15 reps.
