: Today's workout was purely strength based. I focused on deadlifts,squats,hip thrusters and bench. I hit 2 heavy singles of 160 on my squats and 70#on my bench for 4 reps. I know I definitely have more in the tank for bench but didn't have a spotter today. All in all it was an excellent workout💪🏻💪🏻 #aspiringpowerlifter #momstrong #personaltrainer #strengthisbeauty
