: Shoulder fun! Try it out circuit style. Do each exercise for 20 reps no rest than pick one of the cardio exercises (next video) and perform for 45 seconds. Rest one min and repeat circuit again this time for 15 reps each with an increase in weight and alternate between the 2 cardio drills for the circuits. Rest one min. Continue this fashion for 12 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps and 6 reps. Increase your weight every time. Love fun ways to train. I get bored so easy!! Always spicing things up!!
