: Back day with "Barbell Bent Over Rows" is part of the agenda today. If you noticed I dropped the load down to concentrate more on the movement. I want to maximize each repetition benefiting from it as much as possible. I'm concentrating on the 3 parts of the exercise (pause sets)...the concentric, pause (hold), and the eccentric phase. Focusing more on the lats oppose to my traps, and upper muscles of my back. So the bar is pretty much at my knees in hang position, then pulling it towards my hips holding at the top of the movement, then slowly releasing it down..
Give it a try, it's harder than it looks!...but all that matters is that your progressing, and moving forward becoming better than yesterday!
