: I felt like #squatting but I was nowhere nearly as strong as the other workout I did. I still managed a few sets of 3-5 at 185 lbs though. For this, I'm happy because I'm stronger. I superset that with really heavy rows. For assistance work, step ups with knee raises to train my VMO and #glutes. This was before I went ice skating with my Meetup peeps, so enough of a #legday.
