: Inner Groin hip flexor stretch This type of stretch will open up your hip flexor area and groin. I think that it is THE deepest stretch you can do aside from the splits. Be sure to flatten your back, tighten your core by holding in your abdominal muscles, and then breathe in and out during the stretch sinking deeper and deeper. Hold for 30-45 seconds. Come up and repeat 3 times. To avoid knee,hip,and groin injury, DONT bounce. This s a Static Stretch.
