Stair Master w 20lbs vest
Level 6-9: 40mins
Core
Knee Raised on Bosu ball 5x20
Med Ball Leg Raises (ISO) 5x10
Med Ball Leg Raises Side 2 Side 5x10
Side Bends 100 each side w 45lbs
Weighed plank 45lbs 10x20secs
Side Pulse Planks 100/side w 25lbs
Sit Ups w weight 5x10 10lbs
Sit Ups no weight 5x10

Remember abs are made in the KITCHEN. Drinks lots of water and make better food choices.
First Tip: Substitute soda and/or juice (if not homemade) with water.
