: today i worked out with my bar and dumbbells. #deadlifts. squats with the bar. #squats with a dumbbell (which i think is harder for some reason π) lunges with dumbbells. shoulder shrugs with the bar. (that was fun π) bicep curls with the dumbbells. and that in/out move ππ»with the yoga ball that i cant think of its name right now. and THAT was needed cause i felt my tummy come all apart... #goodstuff ππ»
