: Today's workout definitely kicked my butt! I started with sprints in the treadmill to complete my LISS, then I lifted legs which include 4X10 sets of squats, cleans (which I hate) deadlifts, lunges and much more lol after lifting I did BBG full body!! Let's just say I walked out of the gym feeling like a noodle!! Yet the feeling after working out like today is one of the best feelings ever!
