: Happy #FlexFriday everyone! Thought I'd share a bit of what I did today since I decided to tape myself for a different perspective on my form... which looks a bit sloppy, let's be honest. I'm really really hungry, a little sleep deprived, just got off my 8 hour shift and it's the end of my workweek so I felt like I was konking out despite all the preworkout I drank earlier. I still tried to push through though because I'm not a quitter. Today I worked on pullups, presses, thrusters and played around with a 14lb wall ball. There were some burpees and machine work upstairs that I added too but nothing worth taking a vid of. I'm heading home from the gym now to get some food, not feeling incredibly accomplished or anything but this is a good reminder that there is no such thing as a bad workout especially when all I wanted to do after work was go home and hop into bed.
