: February 2015 (45lbs) --> November 2015 (225 lbs) 😳 It's easy to forget how far I've come along. I get so frustrated with myself when I lose form or when I don't hit numbers, but when I look back I realize how much progress I've made. I need to learn to be more patient and not so hard on myself. I'm one week out from my first powerlifting competition. Practiced my squat openers yesterday and it went meh.
