: After block pulls last night we did 10 singles of speed deficit sumo pulls at 275 lbs. Coach said to only rest 30 seconds between sets but it was more like 60 seconds 😂😂 These were hard to do last week at 265.. so last night I really had to focus to complete them efficiently.
