Single leg bench lunge- Really good exercise for kicking the shit out of your legs, focus on posture keeping your back as straight as possible and coming down vertically, come down slow and controlled and power back up, engage your core to keep balance and always breathe correctly ✅ .. Alternate leg Step up with raised knee- Really good exercise, kicks in your core for balance and posture aswel as building leg strength. Start with one foot on the bench, back straight facing forward and core engaged, push off with your raised leg bringing your other leg up in one motion to the raised knee position hold for a second then back down and onto the other leg alternately ✅ .. For losing weight/toning up I would recommend 3 sets of 20 reps with light weight.
