I have my Piyo/21dfx workout that I missed yesterday (21dfx yoga), today's (Piyo buns), and the BOD challenge prep (p90x3 eccentric lower &p90 ab ripper). As you can see u peacefully knocked out p90x3 eccentric lower. --- My challenge move of the day for YOUR #flexfriday is SIDE KICKS! Count 1,2,3 bringing your knee in slowly to your chest, keeping your foot and knee HIGH, then BAM kick out. Repeat x10 on each side. If your booty isn't burning after that, you cheated yourself!
