daniella.the.dame: It's leg day ladies and gents!!! Here's a quick plyo routine for you to try to really shape and burnout those legs. These exercises are what we like to call "shapers" the tone and firm those problem areas in the legs! I like to end my leg days with a series of plyo exercises similar to this. I do 30 seconds of each exercise with a 10 second rest in between and I usually repeat this 3 times. I use a heavy resistance resistance band! Try it out and let me know what you think! 1.
