daniella.the.dame: It's leg day ladies and gents! In honor of this majestic day here's a quick plyo routine. These are something we like to call "shapers" because there really meant to tone and shape those problem areas. I like to end my leg days with a few routines like this just to really burnout those legs and glutes! I do these in circuits similar to HIIIT circuits in 30 second intervals with 10 seconds rest in between and I usually repeat it 2-3 times. For those of you who are advanced try breaking them up, and adding them to your squats as supersets. Try this one out for size and let me know what you think in the comments!
