Standing wood chop, weighted planks (it's a BITCH to get a 25lb weight on your back!) rope crunches, an roller, I throw a picture of the treadmill in, because no point in getting a rock in core, without seeing your hrs work! #fastedcardio anyone?!? And i threw in some single ad, cable crunches, because I WLL SEE MY SERRATUS!!! And of course some weighted knee ups on parallel bars. I mix up my core workouts, depending on what equipment is available.
