: Front lever challenge week 1. I started of the week without much direction, basically just using the resistance band to try a get into the front lever. As you can see from the top right video, it wasn't really working. I did some YouTube research and have been doing weighted pull-ups and dragon flags to try and get a bit stronger. I didn't think I was making much progress but the bottom video from today shows a much better effort with the band! 🙂 More exercises to add in next week. #frontlever #frontleverprogression #climbing #training #bouldering #traininggoals
