: #MotivationMonday !!! Here's some good core work that requires total core control. Start by laying flat on the ground. First you start by doing a straight leg sit up. After returning to supine position, get ready to bring your legs straight up (leg raise) with as much control as possible. Then crunch once reaching for those toes (jackknife). And lastly bring those legs back down to start (leg raise-lower). Repeat entire combination. In the video they did if for 1 minute straight !! I challenge you all to give it a try!
