simple7me: New diet, new workout plan. I dont know what it is about changing of the seasons but I get more motivated. 3 weeks back in strong, I have ran my tail off for 2 straight weeks & have managed building my endurance to running 2 miles. My goal is 3 miles. I'm not a runner & cardio has never been a priority, however there is a 5K coming up & I'm thinking of taking that plunge. I love being slim & lean.
