: 💥Form Post💥 Part of working out consistently is knowing how and when to change up your form. When it comes to alternating dumbbell curls almost everyone only ever does the first form done in this video, turning the weights on the way down and locking their elbows. Instead try the second form shown in this video, keeping your palms up throughout the entire motion and stopping on the way down just before locking your elbows. Doing this will keep constant tension on your bicep and will give you much better pump/burn. You'll most likely need a slightly lower weight than you do with the standard alternating curl but you'll notice the upside to the switch right away.
