: Well you know the saying no workout is a bad one, only the one you didn't do? I was having an extremely off day today and kept feeling dizzy and fatigued very quickly during my heavy compound movements. I switched over to some lighter weight accessory work and finished off with these. Straight leg deadlifts,ball hamstring curls and goblet squats.
